Justin Baldoni Scores MASSIVE Win Relating To Blake Lively's Harassment Claims Before Trial!
Justin Baldoni just scored a huge victory amid the ongoing It Ends With Us legal battle!
On Thursday, Judge Lewis Liman dismissed ALL of Blake Lively’s sexual harassment claims against him ahead of their trial! OMG! And it is because, in part, that the Gossip Girl alum did not sign the Actor Loanout Agreement, or ALA, which would have governed sexual harassment on set, making the legal contracts “unenforceable,” despite Blake trying to rely on it for her suit.

Blake only has three claims left to argue — breach of contract, retaliation, and aiding and abetting in retaliation. The trial is still scheduled to proceed on May 18 in New York City. At this time, neither Blake nor Justin has reacted to the shocking update in the suit.
