Am-Devel User Agreement and Terms

1. Agreement acceptance and modification
1.1 Validity of the Agreement: Using this website (including but not limited to browsing, commenting, and sharing content) shall be deemed as agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using immediately.
1.2 Clause Update: We reserve the right to modify the terms at any time. After modification, users will be notified through website announcements or email notifications. Continuing to use the terms will be deemed as acceptance of the new terms.
1.3 Dispute Resolution: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and any disputes shall be submitted to the San Francisco Arbitration Commission for resolution.
2. User registration and account security
2.1 Registration Requirements:
Users are required to provide genuine, complete, and up-to-date personal information (such as email, country/region);
It is prohibited to use false identities, robot accounts, or register using other people's information.
2.2 Account Responsibilities:
The user is responsible for all actions under the account, including content publishing, comment interaction;
If you discover that your account has been stolen, please notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend your account until the issue is resolved.
2.3 Account Termination:
Users can apply to cancel their account at any time, and we will delete personally identifiable information within 7 working days;
If the user violates the terms (such as spreading false information, malicious attacks), we have the right to immediately terminate the account without compensation.
3. Content Usage Rules
3.1 Content attribution:
All news content on the website (text, images, videos, data charts) is protected by international copyright law and the copyright belongs to Am Level or the authorized party;
Users can cite content for personal learning and research purposes, but must indicate the source (such as "Hear the Truth in the Morning") and link to the original text.
3.2 Prohibited behaviors:
Unauthorized reproduction, reprinting, or adaptation of content for commercial purposes;
Tampering with content titles, distorting facts, or adding misleading annotations;
Use web crawling technology to collect data in bulk (unless written permission is obtained).
3.3 User Generated Content (UGC):
User comments and submissions must comply with laws and regulations, and must not contain hate speech, violent terrorism, pornography, or vulgar content;
We have the right to review and delete illegal content, and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.
4. False information and fact checking
4.1 Verification mechanism:
We ensure the authenticity of the content through multi-source cross validation, expert review, and AI assisted analysis;
The content marked as' under investigation 'indicates that it is being verified, and users should be cautious when citing it.
4.2 Error Correction Process:
If users discover content errors, they can submit evidence through the "Report" button on the website, and we will respond within 48 hours;
After confirming the error, the content will be corrected and a correction statement will be issued, while thanking the reporting user.
4.3 Disclaimer:
Although we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not assume legal responsibility for any information deviation caused by third-party reprints, user misunderstandings, or technical malfunctions;
Users need to judge the reliability of the content themselves and bear the consequences of relying on information for decision-making.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1 Data Collection:
Collecting information includes: device information (IP, browser type), behavior data (browsing history, click behavior), registration information (email, country/region);
Sensitive information (such as payment data) is transmitted through SSL encryption and stored on servers that comply with PCI DSS standards.
5.2 Data usage:
Used for personalized recommendations, improving services, preventing fraud, and complying with legal requirements;
Without the user's consent, data will not be sold to third parties (except as required by law).
5.3 User Rights:
Access, modify or delete personal data at any time;
You can refuse to receive marketing emails (via the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email).
6. Advertising and third-party links
6.1 Advertising Content:
Advertisements must comply with laws and regulations and must not contain false advertising or discriminatory content;
We do not assume joint liability for the authenticity of advertising content, and users need to make their own judgments.
6.2 Third party links:
The website may contain links to external websites, click to leave this platform;
The content and privacy policy of external websites are not related to us, and users are responsible for their own risks.
7. Service Interruption and Disclaimer
7.1 Service Interruption:
We are not liable for compensation for service interruptions caused by system maintenance, network attacks, or force majeure events such as natural disasters;
We will restore the service as soon as possible and notify the user.
7.2 Technical limitations:
We do not guarantee that the service will be error free or interrupted, and we are not responsible for any losses caused to users due to technical issues;
Users need to backup important data themselves.
8. Intellectual Property Declaration
8.1 Website Identification:
'Am Level', 'Hear the Truth in the Morning', and the logo are registered trademarks and cannot be used without permission;
8.2 Technical patents:
Our data visualization technology and fact checking algorithms are protected by patents, and any infringement will result in legal liability.
9. User compensation obligation
If the user's behavior causes us to suffer losses (such as legal litigation, reputation damage, technical repair costs), the user shall bear full compensation responsibility, including but not limited to lawyer fees and litigation costs.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by US law, and the user agrees to accept the non exclusive jurisdiction of the California courts (if the user is a consumer, they may choose the court of residence).
11. Notification method
We may send notifications through website announcements, emails, or internal messages, and users need to ensure that their registered email is valid and checked in a timely manner.
12. Complete Agreement
This clause constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements. If a clause is partially invalid, it does not affect the validity of other clauses.

Balance of User Rights and Interests:
Provide data access and deletion rights, in line with privacy protection trends;
Clarify user compensation obligations and prevent malicious behavior.
Suggestion:
Reviewed by legal advisors before release to ensure compliance with additional compliance requirements of target markets such as the European Union and China;
Set up a "Terms and Privacy Policy" entrance at the bottom of the website for users to easily access at any time.
