Pastor & Former Trump Advisor Convicted Of Child Sex Abuse Already Out Of Jail! Pathetic!!

What the f**k?!?

As we previously reported, Pastor Robert Preston Morris, the founder of the Gateway Church who served on Donald Trump’s Evangelical Executive Advisory Board, was accused in 2024 of molesting Cindy Clemishire from the ages of 12 to 16, starting in 1982. Following the disturbing allegations, he resigned from his position at the megachurch. Read all the claims HERE.

He was indicted last year by a grand jury in Oklahoma, and he pleaded guilty to five counts of lewd or indecent acts with a child. Morris received a 10-year suspended sentence, with the first six months to be served in the Osage County Jail. Yep, that is it. Only a six-month stint for sexually abusing and grooming a young girl. And those six months are already up.

According to Osage County Sheriff’s Capt. Matt Clark, Morris was released from jail after midnight on Tuesday. He now must register as a sex offender, as well as be supervised by the Texas authorities. In addition, he must pay his costs of incarceration, including any medical expenses, and restitution to Cindy. He released a statement via his attorney, Bill Mateja, following his release, saying:

“What I did to Cindy decades ago was wrong. There is no other word for it, and there is no excuse for it. I am deeply sorry. Many years ago, I sought their forgiveness privately, and as Cindy’s father recently noted, he extended that grace to me — a grace I did not deserve and have never taken for granted.”

For her part, Cindy’s lawyer, Jeff Leach, said they are “heartened to know that he (Morris) still has nearly ten years of probation as well as a lifetime ahead of being publicly registered as a sex offender.” However, the battle is not over yet. The lawyer shared that Cindy plans to continue to seek justice through civil courts:

“She rightfully seeks full accountability not only for Robert and the crimes he committed against her as a young child, but also for the other individuals who harbored him, covered for him, lied for him and even in some cases attacked Cindy on his behalf.”
