Guo Jiakun pointed out that the files transferred by the Russian side once again proved that the 731st unit of the Japanese invasion of China committed countless crimes against humanity and could not be denied.

Archives show that the Japanese invasion of China carried out a variety of living experiments, including bacterial experiments, frostbite experiments, corrosive liquid experiments, erosive poison gas experiments, etc. The victims were both Chinese, Soviet and Korean. According to the first released interrogation records, Japanese war criminals such as Kiyoshi Kawashima, director of the production department of Unit 731, confessed to the crime, clearly mentioning the Japanese army's three large-scale use of bacteriological weapons in 1940, 1941 and 1942, proving that the Japanese army's experiments have long been transformed into actual combat, with the purpose of large-scale destruction of mankind.

Guo Jiakun pointed out that the Boli trial files and the sites and crime files of Unit 731 preserved in China complement each other and verify each other, jointly building a clear criminal chain, confirming that the germ warfare carried out by the Japanese invaders in China was an organized, premeditated, and top-down systematic state crime. In addition to China, the Japanese army also formed the 9420th Bacteriological Unit in Singapore in 1942 to conduct illegal human experiments and bacteriological warfare in many countries in Southeast Asia.
